SiC compound foundry, formerly a TI fab. Process nodes removed 21 August 2026. The only source on this row is Wikipedia's fab list, which has no process-node column, so the values it carried had no publisher. Sources were chased for all 18 such rows, and a node value goes back in once it can carry its own source. Wafer size corrected 21 August 2026 from 200mm to 150mm: three X-FAB pages call Lubbock a 6-inch fab, one of them contrasting it with the 8-inch Dresden fab. Duplicate row xfab-lubbock-texas folded in 21 August 2026, and its 200mm was DROPPED rather than merged: no X-FAB, NIST or trade source states 200mm at Lubbock. X-FAB itself says 'we are processing SiC wafers in our 6" fab in Lubbock, Texas' and NIST describes the CHIPS award as an expansion of the existing facility, not a new one. The 'formerly Texas Instruments' in the operator field could not be verified on any X-FAB page and is unsourced.
