Bosch's most established German semiconductor site, being expanded for SiC. Duplicate row bosch-reutlingen folded in 21 August 2026; its name '(main + WaferFab)' suggested two fabs and Bosch describes one, 'the company's most established and experienced semiconductor manufacturing site', with a single 44,000 m2 cleanroom. Bosch states the site 'is a pure 200-millimeter plant as of 2026'; the former 150mm silicon carbide line is not current.
